TakeScreen offers a 7-day refund window for eligible purchases.
Request Window
You may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please include the email used for checkout and a short explanation of the issue when contacting support.
How Requests Are Reviewed
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may ask for basic order details to verify the purchase and better understand the problem, including whether the request relates to duplicate payment or a technical issue that prevented normal use.
Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Final processing time depends on Paddle and your payment provider.
